The first thing that comes to mind when I think about Megan is her contagious laugh. Megan always brings the energy in the room up when she enters; you can’t help but to not only notice her, but love her. She is the best friend that you instantly connect with. Antonio understands and agrees. I am sure these are the same things he noticed when first meeting Megan and these are the things you can easily feel in their engagement photos. When Megan and Antonio arrived in Detroit for their engagement session, I knew we were going to create some beautiful images and have fun doing it. We decided to start their engagement session at the Detroit Public Library and the DIA before later heading north to Van Hoosen Farm in Rochester.
There are the photos that I love – real moments of love and laughter.
When I first saw Megan’s dress, I knew we would have to also hold her engagement session at Detroit Public Library. I love the complimentary colors of her dress with the patina lamp posts.
After spending some time in Detroit, we headed north to Van Hoosen Farm and Museum in Rochester. There were still some colors left on the trees. The sun was just starting to dip below the treeline, add a warm glow to the love that was already present in the photos.
